Compulsive Hoarding: Discussion on the growing problem of compulsive hoarding including talk on; empathetic treatment of the client, the mental health aspect of compulsive hoarding, health and safety risks and hazards to the client and those around them, damages that occur in the dwelling, discussion on case studies and we also touch on legislation.

Pam has been with Paul Davis Restoration for almost 10 years and has held roles in both the Franchisee and the Franchisor. Recently, she was promoted to the role of Continuing Education Director.
In this role, she is helping to develop new CE offerings, enhance and update existing seminars, and to consolidate the Canadian and US programs into one North American CE program. Prior to working within the restoration industry, Pam had over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, working with insurance companies and brokerages, in both Personal and Commercial Lines of business.
